Virtus Nemeton Ltd
Your operation should not forget
what your people already learned.
Virtus Nemeton turns maintenance evidence, field observations and human decisions into governed operational memory — so the next fault, handover or contractor dispute has a real record to work from.
Accord agrees · Trace proves · Works runs
The Problem
Knowledge trapped inside people, not systems.
Every industrial organisation has knowledge trapped inside people, conversations, photographs, spreadsheets and incomplete work orders. Engineers find faults. Contractors complete work. Operators spot patterns. Approvals are given — and the reasoning behind them is rarely kept.
Industrial organisations do not only suffer equipment failures. They suffer memory failures.
Why It Matters
Forgotten work becomes repeated cost.
Failures repeat
The same fault gets diagnosed again because what was learned last time was never properly recorded.
Handover knowledge disappears
Shift changes and site handovers lose the detail that mattered, one conversation at a time.
Contractor evidence is fragmented
Time, materials, photos and approvals sit in different systems, so nobody has the full record.
Decisions lose their context
Approvals and judgement calls get made, but the reasoning behind them is rarely kept.
Experience leaves with employees
When experienced people move on, the organisation loses the context only they carried.
The Solution
Virtus Nemeton turns work into governed memory.
We help teams capture work as it happens, structure it into a usable record, review it with human approval, and preserve what matters for future action.
The Principle
The machine proposes.
The human authorises.
The system remembers.
The institution improves.
The Ecosystem
One ecosystem. Three practical products.
Nemeton Trace
Operational evidence capture
Trace captures what happened in the field: work orders, photos, notes, asset observations, parts fitted, blockers, RAMS evidence and permit evidence.
For
- • engineers
- • operators
- • contractors
- • supervisors
- • site teams
Nemeton Accord
Commercial accountability
Accord digitises job orders, timesheets, receipts, materials, delays, variations, approvals, invoice support and payment follow-up.
For
- • contractor owners
- • subcontractors
- • commercial managers
- • finance teams
- • client reviewers
Nemeton Works Suite
Maintenance and operations nerve centre
Works brings Trace and Accord together for leaders: assets, work orders, planning, contractors, review queues, RAMS, permits, approved memory and action briefs.
For
- • maintenance managers
- • plant managers
- • operations leaders
- • enterprise teams
How It Works
From field activity to approved memory.
Capture
Something happens on site — a fault, a repair, an observation, a contractor update. Evidence is captured in seconds: photos, notes, voice, documents.
Review
A proposed record is presented to an authorised human, who can correct it, request clarification, attach further evidence, or escalate it.
Approve
The reviewer approves, rejects or restricts the record — with provenance, timestamps and evidence attached, not just a status change.
Remember
The approved record joins governed operational memory, connected to the asset’s history, prior failures, repairs, people and costs.
Act
Priorities, overdue actions, repeat-failure warnings and lessons ready for training come out the other side — for the people who need them next.
The system does not replace judgement. It preserves it.
Who It's For
Built for asset-heavy organisations.
Built initially for maintenance and operations teams in asset-heavy organisations.
Manufacturing
Production lines where unplanned downtime and repeat faults carry a direct commercial cost.
Construction materials
Plant and processing equipment run hard, often with high contractor turnover on-site.
Recycling and waste
Heavy mechanical handling equipment where failures and near-misses need a real record.
Paper and packaging
Continuous-process lines where a small fault repeated is a large cost repeated.
Process industries
Regulated, evidence-heavy environments where approvals and provenance already matter.
Industrial contracting
Multi-site, multi-contractor work where evidence and accountability are usually the first casualty.
Why Now
AI needs operational memory before it can be trusted.
Industrial AI cannot work safely from scattered notes, missing evidence and unclear approvals. Before automation can improve maintenance and operations, organisations need a governed record of what happened, who did the work, what evidence supports it, what changed, what was approved, what it cost, and what should be remembered.
Virtus Nemeton is building that record.
Founder
Built from the work.
Virtus Nemeton was founded by Jack Tebay, whose background spans maintenance engineering, asphalt plants, manufacturing, operations and site supervision.
He built Virtus Nemeton after repeatedly seeing the same pattern across industrial sites: equipment was repaired, the immediate problem passed, and the organisational lesson disappeared.
