Our approach

We use the minimum browser storage required to provide a secure, usable website. Optional analytics is disabled unless you actively enable it. We do not use advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies.

Essential storage

These items support services you request and do not require consent:

• Consent preference: records whether you enabled optional analytics.
• Theme preference: remembers your selected light or dark appearance.
• Authentication and security: the Nemeton Suite may use session storage or cookies to keep signed-in users secure.

Optional analytics

If you select Accept all or enable analytics in the preference panel, Google Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics may load to help us understand page usage and website performance. Advertising storage and personalised advertising remain disabled.

You can reject analytics when first asked and withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie settings control displayed on the site.

Retention

Essential preferences remain until you clear site data. Analytics retention is governed by our configured analytics services and is reviewed as part of our processor register. We do not intentionally retain analytics data for longer than 14 months.
